So lot's of smirks about all the Pac 12 stickers everywhere and how lame everyone up north is for their sense of achievement because of it. Duly noted. It's stupid. But do you for a second think a huge chunk of our fan base won't do something equally embarrassing once we join one of the conferences? Bet on it. Just pay attention to those in the crowd next game when the span the home crowd at LES and see the kinds of goofy crap going on there, not to mention the fact that 20 some odd years later and a big chunk of fans still get giddy over Popcorn--we were protesting it 20 years ago and yet it still a rager for many, somehow. So yeah, plan on it.
So enough of the comments--it only screams of insecurity because of lack of scoreboard. If we were truly "Big Brother" we wouldn't notice "little brother" ala USU and Weber. But the fact that many still pull out the measuring stick, since our scoreboards aren't looking right, to try and prove we are more relevant is just dumb.
Or whatever
