the B1G and other conferences with their own networks are looking for TV markets and teams that will give them that. The Big 12 made a mistake by letting Texas do its own thing, instead of collaborating and doing a conference network.

That said, BYU can still find a way to join without splitting up the pie. I hope TH isn't as narrow-minded as Ryan Teeples.
