sitting on its butt while Texas pisses everyone off. Also, sitting at 10 teams in the middle of the USA invites poaching from all sides. We've already seen Big 12 teams go to three different conferences.

The Big 12 needs to make changes. Getting its own TV network, in addition to the LHN, and splitting up the revenue with everyone but Texas is something it needs to consider.
