and not against children, per se. That is, it appears that quiet, orderly children are welcome there (although I'm sure parents bringing any child will get lots of dirty looks).

With that said, I wouldn't go to this restaurant, with or without my kids. I don't like the snooty attitude they convey. I wouldn't want to contribute to the "kids are a nuisance and a hassle" mentality that is too common these days.
