Actually, virtually every other team has adopted the oval Y the last few years.
The only team I know for certain that doesn't is the baseball team (they started to use it, but then when Littlewood was hired he forced them to switch to the block Y). I'm not sure about the men's volleyball team either. I know that the men's/women's bball teams, women's soccer, softball, etc. all use the oval Y now.

I should clarify, though, most of them use the Y of the oval Y, without the oval around it.
