I cut the cord (mostly) so no cable/satellite for me. However, I have access to
the WatchESPN app so I can get a good quality stream of all ESPN channels through my Apple TV. I also have an OTA antenna for local channels and BYUtv.
I find that with Netflix and Amazon Instant Video, I'm still wasting (too much) time watching TV, but my viewing habits have shifted to streaming video rather than cable channels.
