of money, I hate how so many Mormon families toot their own horns about how scroungy they are when it comes to saving money. Every time I helped someone in my last ward move, they had a bunch of crappy DI furniture and would brag about how cheap it was. They would also go on and on about how they saved money by buying literally everything else in their home used off of Craigslist. Frugality is a virtue, but some people just need to shut up about it. Moreover, people can definitely take frugality to unhealthy extremes, and I will encourage my children to laugh and scorn such people.
