Running sucks the weight off of me.
During dental school I lost 40 lbs from running. I got down to 170. It was unsustainable, an I ended up putting 20 back on over the past 4 years. But in the past month I've lost another 10 because I picked up running again. I just do a whey protein shake in the morning.
