that is a typical situation where Cars and motorcyclists never agree on
Car driver: I looked and put on my blinkers, did nothing wrong and by the time I switched lanes, someone was there.
Motorcyclist: Idiot, didn't even look when he went over on me and got in my way.
In reality, the guy was going so fast that he probably did look before moving over, but the moto was going so fast that he wasn't there until it was too late.
