In order to verify my identity, the USU Financial Aid Office requires that I give them a security phrase in order for them to access and discuss my account via phone.

My security phrase: "BYU is #1"

So every time I call them this is how the conversation goes.

"Thank you [Kuga]. Now will you plea... (Tone of voice drops) please verify your security phrase?"

"Sure. BYU is #1. Is that correct?"

"...that is correct, sir."
