Guess it depends on the number of kids and ages...between laundry,
cooking, shopping and cleaning...there aren't enough hours in the day to get everthing done around the house and she has a hard enough time trying to find an hour to run/exercise a couple times a week. Up at 5:30 to get the seminary kids off...middle schoolers at 7:30, elementary kids off at 8:30, kids start coming home around 2.
If I told my wife to go get a part time job so she could "contribute" she would probably slap me.
