I am also pleased that Stewart has been getting more reps than most backup qbs have gotten in the past. The claim that Hill isn't a good passer doesn't bother me because I saw improvement during the season and I didn't expect him to be an all-pro his first full year of starting. I think we'll be pleasantly surprised this season with his effectiveness as a passer, not to say he won't have times when he struggles, all our qbs have had those experiences. I look back and remember years where our starting qb went down and we didn't have a qb in position to take over for the starter. We've had pleasant surprises with backups, Hancock for example, but RH was the exception and not the rule.

For our fans to be hoping that Stewart will be our starter, I don't think they're looking at the whole picture. Our chance at winning the most games is with Hill at the qb spot, IMHO.
