Is Yeck RSing to work on his strength?
It strikes me as strange that 2J would put so much on him last year--in terms of trust & praise--not to even have him in the conversation this year. They also were always high on his potential. But there is no question: the kid was WAAAAY too weak, physically speaking, to be a D1 OLman. Honestly, he was over a year a way in that department, no question.

So that's my call: Yeck RSs this season--then comes back to give us 2 years more.

I also assume Ryker's RSing to get fully back, healthwise.

BTW--great news to hear that Kearsley is currently beating out Stringham for that right guard spot. Not that I want him to start over Stringham--I'll be pulling for the Sr. However, it suggests we're getting some real depth on that line.

Ryker might not be a terrible loss--which I wouldn't have imagined a couple months ago.
