Bob Costas embarrasses himself not once but twice...
On two separate days, Bob Costas manages to embarrass himself throwing out the first pitch and asking to throw out a second pitch too. The announcers say it is the first time in all of baseball that there has been a first and second pitch. This happened two days ago:
