Bronco's teams have not come out of the gate firing for whatever reason - maybe most teams don't, but BYU seems extra slow in week 1 on offense.

In 9 seasons, he has had 1 first game blowout against a D1 opponent. That was WSU in 2012. We generally manage to win (6-3 in game 1 under Bronco).

But, we start slow, make mistakes, and squeak by in game 1. Or we lose to teams we are much better than -- UVA 2013, UofA 2006. We won't be blowing anybody out Friday. I think we will win, but you never can tell anymore.
