It's all about the right grip (wrist angle) and timing on the ball drop between the legs. Other than that it is just a wrist flick. College players hit this shot a lot, and on low lobs over the top at full sprint, sometimes it's a higher probability shot than trying to get around the ball. Fun showboat shot that looks much harder than it is if one has practiced it.
