We need to have a standard CB penalty for posters who predict a loss . . .

. . . in a game that we are favored in by double digits and win by double digits. Doesn't have to be part of the site code; it could just be something we all agree on that pessimistic posters implicitly agree to when they make such predictions. A cone of shame or dunce cap kind of thing. Any suggestions?
