I originally would agree with you, but
The obstruction call was on Moss, not Otero (who had the ball and tagged Aybar). Moss was in the baseline, causing Aybar to turn inside the line which caused the collision with Otero. Contact is not a requirement for obstruction. In this case, Moss was in the baseline without the ball after it was fielded. Aybar clearly diverted to avoid Moss, which caused the collision with Otero.
