While the specs don't look that impressive, it runs quick, with no lag, and the few extra apps it has are great. It runs very close to stock Android and has been getting fast updates when new Android versions are released.

I've not had Republic but have heard good things, only negative is that it runs on Sprint's network. Republic is reported to have great pricing and solid customer service.
