Agree & I would add the influence of Nyborg and Martzen - its one thing if 18-23

year old players give some advice or suggestions, that can be discounted. But these 2 guys have done and seen it outside the program and when they give BM suggestions to improve recruiting or the BYU football experience it gives him pause and has resulted in some small, but substantial improvements in the day to day.
