At about 4:20 of the second Qtr Bills comes up to make a huge hit on the UConn ball carrier. You could hear the pads popping on this one. As Bills lay draped over the ball carrier he looked like he got his bell rung, but after he stood up he looked to have injured his shoulder. His arm is limp as he eventually jogs off the field. I think he may be questionable for Texas.
