used to be (obvious) - not, that they aren't deep with talent at every position, but that the best talent is now going to TAMU, Baylor, and TTU. Texas is no longer the prima donna that they think they are in recruiting, and it's been showing up on the field.

Frankly, I'm surprised they didn't get any high profile QB JC transfers last year. They got a great high school pick up, but they are red shirting him this year.
