Bama looked very mediocre and has a QB controversy on it's hands. they are barely top-10 material, if that...and even then it's going on name alone. South Carolina might not even deserve to stay in the top 25 given their horrid performance. Wisc only drops 2 spots despite losing a game a rebuilding LSU team (not impressed by teh tigers at all).

i hate it...teams get locked into certain spots based on pre-season polls that are blind shots in the dark. it takes 5-6 weeks to correct itself (if it ever does) and the voters don't act as volatile as they should during first few weeks. their votes should, IMO, be all over the place for the first few weeks.
