Take the opportunity to let the vitriol die. Ignore it, don't escalate it. Let the "I told you so's" fall on deaf ears, don't reply with "Max was still right".

I've been as guilty as anyone of it over the years - just search my post history for Jamal Anderson. I think all (most) of us hate what the rivalry has become, what many attribute to Urban injecting into the rivalry. Well here's the opportunity to participate in ending that aspect of it. Don't worry about trying to equate it to right vs wrong or good vs evil. No more one upping. No more tit for tat. Let the game be the game, as it was intended. Kill off the UM legacy.
