I didn't bother reading that thread. So I have one question for those who did:

Was that poster saying drug addicts are intentionally, knowingly, and deliberately supportive of the murders drug cartels commit? Or that addicts are unintentionally and/or unknowingly contributing to cartels and the murders they commit?

I'm not suggesting either would be an appropriate sentiment, I'm just wondering what he actually said.
