I think the 2 hour delay did a number on Texas just like the storm affected BYU the week prior at Virginia.
I've played competitive sports in the greater northwest and have experienced lots of long weather delays. It always affects the road team more. You travel a long distance, you get all amped up, and then to have to sit their and wait can sure take it out of you.
I'm just thinking with normal weather and at home, we see a much different Texas team. Just like virginia will see a much different BYU team this year.
