I can't believe they still have their panties in a wad over something Max said 5 years ago, especially after yesterday's news. It was something that he apologized for a day or two later. Even back then, it wasn't a big deal. It was an emotional statement from a young guy who was treated badly by yewts for a year at that point. Yewts should have did what we did when Scalley apologized for his anti-BYU rant: forgive and forget. Life is too short to hold grudges.
But this ALUF wants Max Hall to "recognize the emotional burden of hatred toward his fellow man and change his ways". Are you yewting kidding me? That's what you're concerned about? You want Max to reach out and heal your yewting broken hearts? Wow. Let's be honest here... you love what Max Hall said. You're happy he said it. It gives you a chance to play the victim and be a martyr. It gives you a chance to distract from the crap your fanbase does to people. It gives you the chance to pretend it's on BYU fans and players to fix the hatred that exists in the rivalry. That's the only explanation for why ALUFs won't let it go. You don't want it to. The fact that you bring it up TODAY is pathetic. Seriously, grow up. It's sickening that ALUFS are as giddy as kid on Christmas morning... over hearing about a fellow church member who has hit rock bottom. Your behavior is disgusting.
