Just back from ESA and a terrific concert by the Eagles. Not your typical concert - it was formatted around the history of the band, so the pacing was a little slower, and there was lots of storytelling between songs.

First half of the show was pretty much the acoustic, slower, early stuff. Then after intermission, they plugged-in and turned Joe Walsh loose - as Glen Frey introduced him to the crowd "...well known to law enforcement officials and hotel management around the world - the Master Blaster on the Stratocaster..." I don't think Joe gets enough credit when people discuss the greatest rock guitarists of all time. He has to be right up there in the top group.
