matchups or teams, which I assume, would include an undefeated or 11-1 team that was left out of the playoffs. If I were a TV provider and the Bowl selection committee left of and 11-1 or 12-0 teams, I probably wouldn't be too happy.

In other words, who are the real power brokers on that one--the bowls or the broadcasting companies? Seems to me the ones paying out the money would be.
