In between Olympia and Aberdeen. The land was beautiful and cheap and still many lds and quality of life .

I am biased but I think the northwest is by far the best. It is not for everybody, but it is truly gods country.

I think you can't go wrong with either state. Vancouver is nice. I grew up on Tigard. Politics in both states are very liberal.
