It was the only play in the game that was reviewed.
As a Soldier I guess I am a bit sympathetic to TBI. Unfortunately, I know too many Soldiers who are suffering the effects of TBI from IEDs.

There is only one play in all of football where the rules are written to call the infraction...and then the officials can review and overturn it if it was legal. It is designed to try in some small way to protect a player's brain. I think they called it right. Bills destroyed the receiver...legally...but it appeared so violent in real time that IMHO it merited a review.

With the advantages of technology, they clearly determined it was a legal hit, within the rules, and no harm whatsoever occurred to BYU or Bills. They made a statement. Bills will continue to ensure he aims for the body. The receiver may make it through football without long term brain damage. Win for everyone. I honestly don't see how anyone can fault what happened.
