Because BYU tickets haven't shown they care about the consumer...
My dad didn't renew because they gave away his seats a couple years ago and downgraded him for no reason. He was expected to sit in worse seats than he already had, and his seats weren't great to begin with, for no reason other than because they decided to relocate him. If other people are having similar experiences, I don't blame them for not renewing.
