Here's when I knew those clown refs were in over their heads on Thursday:
The opening kickoff.
The head bozo signals over to the other ref in the endzone to ask if he's ready. He doesn't signal back. Refs gets his attention and the other ref shrugs. Head refs blows his whistle and signals to the kicker that he can kick. Other ref waves his arms for no reason. Head refs blows the kick dead, for no reason.
