You don't have to be a slave to the schedule, we used it more as a guideline. Without the schedule, we spent a lot of time finishing something, then standing around trying to decide where to go next. This way, we made all those decisions beforehand and then followed the schedule, We still called audibles at times, but our family felt like the schedule allowed us to get more stuff in.
