You lost because you disagree with me. Also, you ARE blowing smoke, or you just
didn't follow my point. I brought up the loss of consciousness because it emphasized the gravity of the assault to the victim. You then tried to muddy the water by saying it was the elevator that actually put her out. Regardless of what you think caused the LOC (it was the punch, BTW), the actions by Rice caused a life threatening situation for the victim.

The easy to read point: blunt force trauma to an adult woman causing her to lose consciousness is a more serious situation than causing abrasions to the thigh of a 4-year old. End of story. They are both abuse, but one is more serious than the other.
