I agree with your sentiment, although I disagree that the only "LOYAL" fans...

...are season ticket holders, and that fans who only go to one or two games are "DISLOYAL." Some fans can afford to purchase season tickets, others can't; season ticket ownership has little to do with loyalty. Season ticket holders should be rewarded with value for their purchase, yes, but isn't CougarBoard also always complaining about "blue hairs" in club seats who arrive late, leave early, and aren't loud? Are they "DISLOYAL" or...?

Sorry for the rant. TL;DR version: "LOYAL" fandom is more complicated than simply determining who has the most flexible income.
