I quickly realized that they must not study or take it very seriously or they are completely biased and don't care if it shines through. I HOPE the committee is different and that they actually discuss each team and why they should or shouldn't be ranked where they are. You get too many voters and it just becomes a giant game of averages and nothing makes a lot of sense and no one is held accountable
