I agree with you in theory, but Juergens doesn't fit that example.
His fumble against UH didn't happen because of a lack of talent, it happened after a mental error. That decision cost us 9 points vs. UH, the only competitive game we've had so far.
He did have a great game against UCONN and a solid game vs. UT. Hopefully he doesn't make any more mental blunders.
