RE: Filling LES. I don't get it.
I'll tell you why. Whether it's cultural nation wide or whether it's more isolated to BYU fans is beside the point. Because at the end of the day the BYU fan base is full of people who complain more about what they don't have, as opposed to enjoying and recognizing what they do have.

And what do we have?

-a great head coach who does things the right way in an era of college football where all other coaches cut corners and cheat.
-a team full of talented players; probably more talent than we've seen top to bottom in a very long time.
-a team that is very good and ranked #21 and is building more and more national attention on a daily basis
-one of the most electrifying QBs we've ever had who is on most pundits top 10 lists for Heisman
-the most beautiful view in all of college sports
-2 very nice sized and high quality video boards
-an impressive LED ribbon that may be overbearing at times but fits right in line with other major and elite programs.
-below average ticket costs when compard to the caliber of program we have
-a rich tradition of winning and being ranked

I could go on and on and on.

Other than simply not having the money to attend in person, or having to travel more than 90 minutes for the game, there just aren't very many valid reasons people should not come to the games unless they are just not true fans.

I don't care about your complaints on parking. Did you go to the Texas game? They don't have a parking lot or structure. I don't care about the music or lack of stats or lack of replays. I don't care about the half time entertainment.

Experiencing a game at LES is my favorite thing to do on game day. Watching on ESPN is great but not comparable. I wish games lasted 6 hours because I just can't get enough

I think Coug fans need to not demean people over ticket prices. It really is (runnincoug, Sep 16, 2014 at 9:18am)
