as many as possible is more important than filling every last seat in the stadium. We left a conference over the issue of having our games be as accessible as possible for our fans. Not everyone can make it to every single game, but it makes less sense to alienate them and risk losing that customer for the long term. It also makes it harder to recruit new fans (think the 12 year old whose parents aren't fans but who we have a shot of converting for life through TV).
