Was sitting in one of my classes talking to a classmate about his Giants. He's a big fan and we were talking about the struggles they had been having, knowing I went to BYU he pipes up

Classmate: "BYU is having a great year this year, aren't they undefeated?"

Me: "Yeah they have a really good team this year."

Classmate: "Your quarterback, Taysom Hill, He ran ALL OVER Texas the other day!"

Me: "Yeah he destroyed them."

Classmate: "Which win was better, beating them last year or beating them this year?"

It went on like this for a while, I was really surprised by how much he knew about our team, we had never talked to him about BYU football until now, but he knew quite a bit about BYU.

On a side note, there are only a few LDS that attend the school and I saw a guy I didn't know walking around with a BYU basketball jersey with Fredette on the back. I struck up a conversation and he talked all about how awesome it was to watch Jimmer play, He said he followed BYU that year just because of him. Guy was from New York. Most guys that I talk to here are from all over the United States know about BYU sports. I was pretty surprised to say the least.
