If the P12 picked up BYU instead of Utah...
Where would both teams be now?
I don't see Utah going independent like BYU did but I also don't see them hanging around in the Mountain West. Would they be in the Big12? Or would they be in the same conference as Houston and the likes?
Would BYU have taken a break from the rivalry? At what point does BYU become a legit competitor in the PAC?
Obviously no one really knows, just interesting to think about.
