I think he's saying expand the stadium, and probably put in fewer, but BETTER seats. Kind of like Papa Johns Stadium, all chairs.
Obviously I don't think they can do that, but that's what he's asking. Hypothetical more than realistic I'd say.
I guess a better question is "would you go to games if seating was improved."
