the corners are filled in with towers that enclose the ramps. Then as the towers reach the level of the stadium they are tiered back with terraces. The terraces will house restaurants and standing room for fans. As the towers grow taller, the standing room restaurants become suites. Top off the towers with Video Boards, and remove the video boards on the top of the end zones.
