Oncology is a "fellowship"
A fellowship is usually a couple of years long training for specialization in a specific field after completing residency. Usually, oncologists are general internists and then specialize after their 4 years of residency

GP or FP pretty much the same. Internest is a bit more specialized.

Family and General are the same. Internal medicine is general for adults only.
