They will repair and paint it, but seldom remove it.
It's their property and if you deface or destroy it, they can pursue legal action against you. The items inside are often quite valuable and the costs to replace them as well as the labor involved will be yours to bear.

I'd recommend building something around it that still allows access to it but shields it from view.
