We've got the premise but need help rounding it out.

It'll be just my wife and 4 young kids (I'll be out of town at the game). We're going to do a spoof on the Grover "Around, over, through" song.

Around, around, around - she will be running around taking care of various kid's needs, i.e. wiping noses, changing diapers, cleaning up laundry, or other ideas (help)

over - child will spill legos and she will be stepping over (and around) them

through - need help with ideas...specifically relating to a frazzled mother running around the house

near - need help with ideas...specifically relating to a frazzled mother running around the house

far - need some help with more ideas. One that I had, I'm thinking we bring a small chunk of brown play-dough and she throws it into the audience after discovering it in a diaper.
