According to them the quality is way, way better than it was even 10 years ago - they're having a hard time finding enough work for them to do because they give them assignments/projects and they finish them (well) much faster than expected.

There's actually a big push now to move a lot of our onshore contractor work (mostly foreign workers) to these new US college grads because we can get about the same productivity from one of them that we get from 3 contractors, plus better communication skills in most cases.
