All of the CBers who are mad that Blackmon isn’t playing more seem to be mad at Bronco for not putting him in the game more. I would have thought the rotations are set by the OC and/or the position coach, but I don’t really see anyone mad at Anae or Holiday. I never played football at a high level so who is actually making the personnel decisions in game?
