If it's not the largest high school in Utah, it has to be close. The music facilities are bigger and better than many colleges. I sure do know Brandon Cummings! I was in band with him. I played in jazz band. He was our drummer. He was pretty good friends with my best friend. He was only an acquaintance to me. He is a VERY talented drummer. We had 2 amazing drummers in him and Andrew Tolman. Cummings went to BYU and became the drummer for Synthesis, which is one of the best university level jazz bands in the country.

After Tolman got back from his mission, he went to BYU and beat out Brandon to become the drummer for Synthesis. Brandon challenged him (which is something you do in band when you want to take someone's spot) and beat him. It was a crazy friendly rivalry between two kids from the same town. Tolman went on to form Imagine Dragons and was their drummer until he left the band. His new band just signed with a major record label. Looking back, i took for granted how talented the other kids were in that high school jazz band.
